§ 16-25. Fees.

Latest version.

The county commission, having jurisdiction, shall establish a fee schedule commensurate with the scope of work for plan approval, inspections and reinspections of construction and substantial renovations and additions and equipment therein, and certificates of occupancy. Such fee shall be assessed and collected by the jurisdiction's building code enforcement officer or his agent.
