§ 20-1. Maintenance of liability insurance.

The board of county commissioners does hereby require that the county sheriff maintains insurance against legal liability for the death, injury or disability of any person arising from or in connection with the operation of any motor vehicle owned, leased or operated by the sheriff, or any of his employees, to the extent of $100,000.00 bodily injury liability per person; $300,000.00 bodily injury liability per occurrence; and $50,000.00 property damage liability per accident.
