§ 22-1. Legal library established; operation and housing.

The board of county commissioners hereby establishes the county legal library to be implemented under the direction of the officers of the county legal bar association. The legal library shall be housed and operated by the county public library. All books and materials purchased for the legal library shall be through the public library which shall consult with the officers of the county legal bar association as to the needs of the community and appropriateness of such books and materials.
