§ 30-20. Creation; boundaries.
Pursuant to the powers granted to the board of county commissioners of Jefferson County, Florida, by the Constitution of the State of Florida and the Florida Statutes, in particular, F.S. § 125.01, the affirmative referendum dated November 4, 1986 the board of county commissioners of Jefferson County, Florida hereby creates a municipal service benefit unit to be known as, "special fire district", hereinafter referred to as the "district", and more particularly described as all unincorporated and incorporated areas of Jefferson County, Florida, including the City of Monticello, Florida.
