§ 38-1. Prohibited use and possession of motorized boats and vehicles.

Use or possession of any motor, engine or power-propelled boat or vehicle is prohibited on the water area of the Miccosukee Lake and on the land areas surrounding such lake which are owned or under possession and control by the county, during the period beginning at sundown the day preceding the federal migratory duck hunting season and until sundown on the last and final day of such season.
