The county, its officials, representatives or agents, having jurisdiction, shall not
be liable under this article for any damage to persons or property, by reason of inspection
or reinspection of buildings, structures, premises or equipment authorized in this
article or failure to inspect or reinspect such buildings, structures, premises or
equipment or by reason of the approval of disapproval of any building, structure,
premises or equipment authorized in this article.
